Trouble with my eSIM

Once the Public Mobile SIM card is activated please get back to us so we can resubmit the port request. How will I know when this has happened?

can you confirm if you can make calls now and just not receive inbound calls?

are you saying esim is the problem or porting?

Are you trying to switch from SIM to eSIM?

If you are, just contact a CS_Agent for help.

But make sure your phone Is eSIM compatible first.

What is the make and model of your phone?

What is it that you are trying to do? You can tell a SIM is active when you have service with it installed in your phone. If your phone only allows one SIM at a time you would have to switch back and forth between them if you want to make sure they are both active before trying to port.
