As a suggestion...can one or all of you Oracles please get a message to Public Mobile..perhaps use the Announcements a little more. After the most recent "system upgrade", many PM customers were confounded when they received message that there's payment problems with their accounts. This issue went on most of the day and an Announcement would have helped reduce confusion. Some have reported getting a message from Customer Support to ignore and that's great...but they should also let everyone know about known glitch. Since I've been with PM, there have occasionally been similar glitches after "system upgrades" and Forum members are left to field many frustrated customer questions. We all appreciate that glitches happen sometimes...but the Announcement Board is there for a reason...I think they could use it more effectively (especially after the next "system upgrade") !!
added..no bravo's please

Hi @hairbag1,
Thank you for sharing your concerns and suggestions. I completely understand your frustration. Our Oracles did an excellent job in quickly notifying the Public Mobile team about the recent suspend notification. Before we could make a formal announcement, it was crucial for us to thoroughly investigate the issue, confirm the specifics of the deployment error, and understand how many of our customers were affected.
Glitches can occur, particularly following system upgrades, similar to updates on smartphones. We are actively working on improving our response times and ensuring that communication to all our customers is clear and timely.
We value your suggestions and agree that the Announcement Board is an essential tool for keeping everyone informed. We will strive to use it more effectively, especially following future updates. Thank you for your patience and for being a part of our community!

I personally have never had these messages on my account, but I can only imagine how frightening this must have been for those who received the message.
I have also noticed that these suchs errors from Public Mobile happen way too often, and they are not acknowledged or corrected by Public Mobile until days after the fact.
I also acknowledge that these seem to happen shortly after system upgrades or changes. But I would think making system upgrades is to make things better, more user friendly, easier navigation... not to cause confusion?
Come in Public Mobile, step up your game!! This IS getting old!!!

Softtech reported to PM management yesterday morning and we were told that it was being investigated and an announcement was going to be made later on. No announcement was done though.
Only PM employees are able to make official announcement on the forum page.
