I just got an iPhone 16 from my old iPhone 11, and I'm not sure how to transfer my eSIM to my new phone. Can anyone help me?

Just moved from Bell today and approved the account transfer. Activated eSIM when setting it up. Now phone is in SOS and I do not see any eSIM when I go to Settings/cellular on my iPhone 11. Still showing Bell
