Just moved from Bell today and approved the account transfer. Activated eSIM when setting it up. Now phone is in SOS and I do not see any eSIM when I go to Settings/cellular on my iPhone 11. Still showing Bell

hi @Rachel12345 since you don't see any eSIM, it is not a porting problem at this time

did you get any Welcome email from PM? there is a QR code for eSIM , scan and install

if that does not help, you will need support agent to send you the eSIM

you can  submit by direct message:

Hey @Rachel12345

Did you get the text message from Bell asking to port over to Public Mobile? And you said YES? If so, then you can delete the Bell eSIM. Are you use you installed the Public Mobile eSIM correctly? If not, you may need to get a hold of a CS Agent to help you get a new one. Bottom right corner is how you reach them in the chatbox. It's not live but they will get back to you eventually.

@Rachel12345

let's try rebooting your cellphone to see if that helps.
