Beyond frustrated. My son's phone can't text or call. No outbound, no inbound. There is nothing wrong with his phone. We have:
Removed SIM card and re-installed
Rebooted it
Put it in airplane mode and out of airplane mode
Nothing has worked. I have put in 2 tickets but his phone is not working so the agents can't reach him even if they try. When I try calling it just appears he doesn't answer and it goes to voicemail. The calls aren't even coming in on his phone. Same with text. You can text into the abyss. It looks like the text has gone through but it doesn't hit his phone. I guess I just have to cancel the service all together because there is not way to get to a human at this company. Help?

How long has he been on Public Mobile? If it's a recent change it could be a porting issue.
All communication with customer support is done through the community so an active plan isn't required to speak to customer service as long as you have an internet connection.
