Changed subscription to 4 g plan. Hasn't kicked in. Can't call out. No calls in!

@Vigo15 A 4G plan should still work, what phone do you have? It has more to do with whether your phone needs 3G to make voice calls. You may not be able to go back to your former plan depending on the price.

Thanks for the link hTideGnow. Learned that I don't have 4 g + network compatibility. Will have to go back to my former plan.

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on.

can you confirm if mobile data work?
if data work and just not voice, it might have nothing to do with plan change , but more to do with the recent PM change to 3G network:

what phone do you have? what model? Some overseas phone no longer have reliable voice due the above change
