Number transfer

Hi,

last night i tried transfer my number to public mobile. Now i can use date and get inbound calls but i cannot make outbound calls. 
also didn’t get activation email from public mobile. 
should i delete old esim and add public mobile esim? Or would it be replaced automatically to public mobile?

how long would take to be activated? 
i am so frustrated since i can’t solve it immediately.

Did you check your spam folder for the QR code? Are you also getting phone calls on your previous eSIM? Verify that the old one is deactivated before you delete it. Disable it first and make Public Mobile primary before deleting.

If alll the steps were completed correctly the set up should take no more than 30 minutes to a few short hours.

don't delete the old esim from your previous carrier, just disable it and test if you receive inbound calls

have you receive a text from your  old carrier asking your permission to port? and did you reply yes?    If not, you need to call PM porting team and ask them to re-trigger the process.  Even if you did, you can call and ask for status update
