just purchase a plan plus esim card for my Samsung galaxy S20 Ultra. Tried to activate but it said my phone wasn't compatible...I Checked the IMEI ans it said it was compatible. Can you fix this?

there could be some problem with the esim with S20, we have seen some complains about that (although we didn't hear how it turns out in the end)
please ask PM support agent to check and confirm. Worst case, you might need to change back to physical sim. You can submit ticket by direct message:
