Hi!
I just changed my subscription, but since the Start on next renewal date button didn't work, I used the Start now button. Will my account be credited with what I had already payed for the previous plan? It goes without saying that it should. Any self-respecting company would do this. Otherwise, there should be a bloc letter warning. Does anybody know?

Unfortunately no you will not be credited back for any unsed amount.
Post paid companies pro rate but Public Mobile is prepaid and does not give credits.
The warning is the two options. Change now or Change on Renewal.
I don't know why the Change on Renewal button like you said didn't work, but if you can prove it submit a ticket through the Chatbot. Create a ticket and let them know and ask them.
