I tried to make a payment on my 506-xxx-xxxx account. However I got diverted into opening an account for $35 which I want to be applied to this account.

there is no number to call for PM support. Everything is online. And they don't transfer funds across accounts
as FYI, these is how to engage support
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

@Chappylove Do you mean you inadvertently opened a second account that you don't really want? If so contact customer service via the chat icon bottom right of this page. If the chatbot gives you trouble you can send support a private message using this link

You should also tap the v in a circle top right of your post and edit out your phone number as this forum is not private, anyone on the internet can read it.
@Davich There is no call number for support, Public Mobile support is all online either through this community of other customers, the chatbot, or private message as mentioned above.

sorry @Chappylove , PM does not move funds across account. But the funds will stay in that account and can be used for next renewal
