I was paying my account by automatic debit and now I can't use my phone because it says payment is overdue...I can't understand that ???

This same thing is happening to my husband and our phones are on the same card

Similar thing happened to me recently and it was just that my card had expired. Once I updated my card with Public Mobile, everything started to work again.

Sometimes autopay fails. Just login My Account and click the button Pay and Resume Services and make a manual payment to resume
