Website is under repair!

I wanted to ask if the website is down for anyone else? The notice on the pages when I'm logged in says a date from march but it's August... I also urgently need to add data to my plan so I'm stressed and  not sure what is going on.

Resolved! Data Discreptancy

The plan I pay for is 20GB of data but the account shows the data limit has been reached for this period. However,  the actual Usage History only shows 6GB of data has been used? How do I get the full 20 GB? Thx.
