get my old number back

Hello,

 I just changed my number and i realized i need it back because it was connected to a lot of security features from my job. This was done last night and im sure its not been selected by anyone yet. The number shows in my account as an alternet number. Can someone help me with this Please 😞

i submitted a ticket I guess i just wait now? thanks for that info ... i can relax a bit. The number is from Public which is telus too.

Once you select a different number. Your old number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from. It will be put on hold for 90 days before it is released out for anyone to take.

If your old number is from PM, Koodo or Telus. There is a slim chance your can get it back so submit a ticket to an CS_Agent by dm them by tapping on your avatar then Messages.

If it was from another carrier other than Telus. Slim to none you can get it back.

it is possible to get it back, but you have to act fast. Submit a ticket with PM support agent and ask, most the time, they can help
