Hello, I am from India and i activated my esim with public mobile but the thing is i am not able to change the region. It says if you have any recent subscription cancel those and i cancelled my apple music but still i am not able to change the region because of that i am not able to download the public mobile app. Please help me I need this urgently

Have you tried using a VPN and picking a Canadian IP address?

the region settings is set on your App Store. if you are in Canada now and decide to stay here and ok to change, go to Settings on your phone to make the change
Go to Settings, tap your name and then Media & Puchase, tap View Account, Tap Country/Region and make change there
