My family is having a problem whereby my two grandchildren, who have new gmail email addresses, cannot access them through my Public Mobile account. They get the message "region not supported" from Google when logging in on my device, or on theirs using mine as a hotspot. There is no problem if they are using the same devices on either a Bell network or Xplore. It seems to be a Public Mobile conflict. Any ideas? (My gmail works fine)

can you use the mobile data for other website?
what phone do you have?
if data is the only thing that does not work, usually it is APN related. First try Reboot, then Reset network settings
if same, update the APN as follow
APN: sp.mb.com
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMSC proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
APN Type: default,supl,mms

I think you misunderstood the question. Not related to the PM app. The message is from Google when using a browser to log in to a gmail account using a device that is on the public mobile cellular network. Something about the network is creating a problem logging into these accounts. The device logs in fine when using a wifi network running on another carrier rather than the cellular plan from PM

yes, to download PM app, you can only download from app store with an email account linked to Canada
if not, you can activate the account on the web site using the browser. After the payment step, it will ask you to download the app. But instead of downloading the app, you can ask support to help to complete the rest of the steps by message them here
