Boxing Day Promo not available for existing PM customer

@CS_Agent Help. I'm trying to switch my plan for my next billing cycle to https://subscribe.publicmobile.ca/en/on/activation/plans/75GB-5Gspeed12 but as soon as I'm either logged into the PM App or the website the offer (or at least the pricing disappears).

True, but the lower priced plans I saw were too little data, and the $35/mnth Cda/US/Mex wasn’t in my app. Anyways, I have left PM for now.

I left PM for Freedom’s 75GB Cda/US/Mex + 10GB roam for $35/mnth, but did phone upgrade with another provider afterwards. PM was great in the four months or so I was with them. The early dropped calls stopped, but my TV app kept pausing with PM, the reason I left.

I'm trying that and it doesn't work if you want to port your number in. If you get a new number then it might work. I get a message saying my phone number isn't valid when I try to transfer my number from my original account to a new account I set up today. They charged my credit card for the plan though so I don't know how I'm going to get that canceled and refunded now.

From all members comments, they can only see plans higher than their existing plan unless it is for new activations only.

The above isn't correct. There are many customers who can see lower pirced plans available in their accounts.

Not true for me. I’m paying $34/mnth and there is no option for the 75GB $35 plan in my app.

I wonder then if you could port your # from old PM SIM/email to new PM SIM registered to a different email used to signup up for the promo? Has anyone ever tried this?

You could get a new SIM card. Create a new account. I believe that's the last option.

If you are downgrading your plan. It will not be available. You can only upgrade your plan.

Customers can only change to the plans that offered inside your self serve account.  The plan not being there unfortuately means that it is not available.
