For anyone that had a customer agent that told them that a "tech team" was working on an service issue, how long did it take for it to get resolved? I have issues with my subscription service as I got a new plan offer over SMS and it never properly applied. A customer agent did some override thing and told me to reset network settings and now I can't make calls, texts or use data. Before I did reset my network setting, I could still make outbound calls and texts but my mobile data didn't work. If it's going to take the whole subscription period to "fix" it, I might as well port out to a competitor.

really depends on the complexity of the issue. Most issues I had were resolved within couple hours, like 2 to 6 hours with couple exchanges of message
some more complicated issue was resolved within 2 days, at least for me
best to at least reply CS_agent's message daily and ask for update
