How to get a refund?

Jadelin
Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

On December 27 morning. I've updated my payment with a new plan. In the afternoon, I have found out another more suitable plan for me . Then I made a change to the latest new plan with a new payment.

And today, January 05. I found out I got 2 times charged for the first new plan for that December 27 morning payment, which I shouldn't pay. Because the latest new plan payment should replace the previous one.

How can I get this 2 times charged refund?

Hello @Jadelin

Sadly you are incorrect about getting a refund. Public Mobile is prepaid service. You prepay for what you want. When you want a different plan, there are two options. Change now or at Renewal. If you chose Change Now then you chose to do that. You forfeit anything you've already paid. Always change for Renewal. You can always try for a refund but I doubt you'll get it.
