Sim not working

I purchased a SIM card for my mother and had a payment method to my credit card. However, now the credit card info has changed and the sim has stopped working. I do not remember which login ID I had with that phone number. 

When I try to login and click to forgot email, it asks for a phone number. I enter the phone number that is not working, then it asks for a phone number on that is held for the solving the issue. I get a link to my email, when I login, it shows only the primary number that is my number, not my mother's number.

 

What should I do?

You will need to update the credit card in order to get the phone's plan active again. 
If the account/login recovery method is not working i would suggest trying to contact a support agent here:

get payment vouchers at retail like 7/11, London Drug and Walmart. Dial 611 from that phone to add  them to her acct. Alternative is to use www.muskbird.com.
