PM will not process my payment

Been on auto payment,  credit card is fine, contacted credit card company,  they said everything is good on there end and tgat no attempt has been made by Public mobile.   I went in checked info, even redid it.  No avail.   I have no phone now.  Tried to put in a ticket,  got 404 message.  What now!,,,

The only time this happened to me is when my credit card expiry date was approaching, once i updated it was fine. If all your info is up to date and okay, i would try contacting a public mobile support agent here:
