I’ve been with Public Mobile for years. Had $14 in discounts automatically applied every month for years. With new “improved” rewards program its no longer automatic. I had $4 in loyalty, $8 in referrals and $2 in autopay.
So now I have to jump through hoops to get these discounts? I can’t see how/where to do this.
How do I get my discounts with this new rewards program?? I’m on the verge of leaving Public Mobile if this becomes a nuisance. I’ll be bringing the 8 people that I referred with me.

Glad to find this! I’m having the same issue. Used to pay $11 only with referrals and monthly autopay, now I’m paying $16 when I updated my credit card!

Now you can get only points - 5% off the bill and 1 point for each referral. Few points if you are active here...
When you collect 15 points you can convert them to $ and apply to your bill. NO MORE monthly credit 😞

Going forward, PM will not auto apply any discounts/credits. We all will need to pay the full amount up front and then when we have accumulated 15 points you will need to manually redeem them towards a $15 bill credit. You will still get 1 refer-a-friend point for each of your friends and you will get 5% points-back for each bill payment you have made (less taxes) and you will get 10 points every year on your anniversary.

What's your points total balance? To get $15 off your bill, you need 15 points.
Once you sign on, you click the catalog. You have to sort by all, or bill credit.
Go to My Rewards for the catalog.
