I have transferred my number from Virgin Mobile to Public Mobile, but now I can't receive calls and SMSs, I have received an email from Virgin "Hey there, We've received a request to transfer a mobile number from your account to another service provider. A text message was sent to the number that made the request to validate the transfer.
If you have any concerns, call us at 1 866-756-7039." I didn't receive that text message! also I have deleted the eSim from Virgin. Please help I am stuck with phone number which doesn't receive calls nor Sms! Please help, I don't know what to do.

I just talked to Virgin Mobile and the solution is to ask PM to resend the request again then after I call Virgin to port my number manually! Now I need the number for PM Porting support team!

sound like the number not ported yet. But check with PM porting support team and confirm. I will send you the number to PM Porting support team Please check your community inbox

@jean661 contact Virgin to see if you can manually approve the port request.
I will send you another message with a phone number to call after you have done that to request the port again.
