Hi Folks, recently I was offered an upgrade to a 4G plan that is $29/month. The offer stated that I would remain at my rate at that time of $25/month if I paid 3 months at a time upon renewal. I agreed to that offer but since being upgraded to the 4G speed I am being billed monthly at $29. What happened to the offer that I had agreed to?

Thanks, there was no mention of needing to go into my account but I will check it out. Appreciate the help!

Oh okay, in that case, there should be an option somewhere in Payments to change your payment from monthly to once every 3 months, so you pay for 3 months at a time but you get a discounted rate for doing so.

@HunterDouglas I didn't recall seeing.g such an offer. When was this? Do you still have the text message in your phone? If so use the link in the previous message to contact public mobile to inquire.

@HunterDouglas , did the offer mention anything about having to go into the account and switch to the 90 day plan? I assume you were offered the $29/20GB plan with the 90 day version being $75 which works out to $25 per 30 day cycle. I have read that accepting the offer will set up the 30 day plan for the next renewal and then the customer needs to go into their online account and manually switch to the 90 day version of the plan if they so choose.

It sounds like you agreed to the $29/month plan at 4G.
If you did not agree to that plan, but are getting charged for it, i would contact a support agent:
