Hi I got “95%”exhausted data memo so I purchased a gig a few hours later my data was cut so I went on the phone purchased another gig ... re-booted the phone now 6 hrs later it is again sending me the “95%” used caution and I’m down $30

Resolved! removing Data add-on

I have a Data add-on that I can't remove from my plan. I've switched to a new plan with a larger data plan and no longer require the data add-on from the previous plan. However, the Data Add-on is still there when I go to the current data plan page.

Resolved! How do I return a lost phone?

I found am iPhone 7 that shows "Public Mobile" as its network. Since charging it up there have been no incoming calls or messages, so the SIM card is probably already deactivated. Is there any way to get this phone back to its owner?
