my account is paid and active, got a new phone, will not recognise sim card, mobile network setting is greyed out?
it's been over a year, got my loyalty $, lost the "bonus" GB in the $25 plan. rarely even use a gig, but want the security of 2 GB, i want it back just because, how can i make it happen? 
how to disable the annoying, useless private messages feature and its prompts to my email, would be appreciated.        0
charge date creeps forward last 3 months, 15th, 14th, now 13th, a corporate speak answer coming up no doubt
