@farter...you can manually add $$ to Available Funds any time. Then at next renewal, it'll take any rewards and Available Funds and apply them to renewal. If there's not enough in those for renewal...then it'll go to your on-file credit card for the balance owing. You'll even still get Autopay Reward.

@farter good news, the plan date next month will not move, will stay with 13th!!
PM is running on a 30 days cycle. So, after a 31 days month (in your case July and August), it will move up one day.

All current plan cycles are 30 days not monthly.
