Looking for US roaming for data. Saw there was a 10 day 1gb, 512mb, and 256mb add-on options. I bought the 1gb US roam add-on and went through it pretty quick. Went back to add more (and accidentally purchased 1gb Canada roaming). But now there was only 512mb and 256mb US roaming options. Ok. Added the 512mb option. Going through that quickly. Went back to the store. Now there's only a 256mb option. Why are my add-on purchase options disappearing? And after I get the 256mb add on will there be nothing left?
I'm guessing that the store is waiting for 10 days to allow me to purchase the add-on again. But I don't know. I don't think that's the way it should be working. Don't take away my options to give you more money.

Thanks for the quick responses. So it's working as I suspected. Hopefully they'll fix the glitch and make it easier for me to give them money. Until then I'll contact support directly. Thanks again.

It is a known glitch in the system. You can't purchase the same 10 day roaming US add on until the 10 days are up. .
You can contact customer service agent and they can help purchase the same add on for you.
You will need to contact customer service agent (CSA):

It's the way it works. For more salt, then after the 10 days, buying the same one again may be problematic if it shows up.
You can always ask support to re-buy add-ons sooner.
