Really frustrated! I used a credit voucher today to pay my bill as my credit card was lost and I’m waiting a new one. Once I used the voucher the account said I owed $0. When I made a call just now I couldn’t. Now my account says I’m not paid up and owe $4.00. What gives??

Try rebooting your phone but your account will have all your payments and will indicate if your account is Active.

@Radar1 can you login to My Account on a phone or computer and check the Payment History to see how the fund were used?
Also, what is your plan amount? What is the amount of the voucher you added?
