I have been with Public Mobile for several years and never has a problem. Now people have to call three times to get through. My kids have the same issue with their public mobile plan as well.

HI  @GDTer   it could be a 3G network issue where you are at now.  If you go to a different area to test, you should be ok.

But what brand and model is your phone?

if it is a 3G network issue, it should be fixed eventually.  But  if you like, you can open ticket with PM CS agent and they can confirm if there is a known issue and reported

To open a ticket with PM CS Agent

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact CS Agent,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
