thought I cancelled subscription then it says payment card was unsuccesful. I want to reactivate but I cant get logged in to my account I forgot email. I think this email maybe it. I reset my password but when I login it just goes to restart activation? I had troubles when I tried porting over my numbers from Koodo I think I only got one to work plus the phone number Im trying to restart my subscription with and the other number I ported over to Fido and then back to telus which is messed up now with all the credits I was supposed to be getting and their Norton subscription I had added. I dont want to lose my phone number with public mobile and can you please help sort out my billing credits and history over the past couple months between telus to koodo and public mobile, to fido and back to telus sorry if its confusing
