Hi Public Mobile,

Recently redeemed 500 talk minutes for $5.00 from my reward points, when looking at my payment history this $5 has been deducted from my balance of $30.00 I had, would you please explain why?

did you see the reward redemption in the transaction page of the Rewards site?  and what it says on payment history page?  maybe you can share a screenshot for both?

or you can ask PM support to confirm. 

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:

you sure the available funds got deducted? or maybe there is another line earlier (or after) to add a credit back? check the payment history page and confirm

if PM really took the Available funds and no credit added back, please engage PM CS agent for further investigation:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
