Changed my eSIM during outage window not activating

I bought a new eSIM on a new device in order to use my existing phone number on the new device, but now I see it won’t activate. It is just hung in activating. is this because of the outage window? How do I fix this?

possible due to System Maintenance. Did you try reboot phone and make sure the eSIM is there?
