hello Public Mobile community,

need help, im recently experiencing call issues, been with PM for a few years now.

Account is Active and is in good standing.  Hardware is unlocked Iphone X.

Cannot make or receive calls.  If i reboot my phone I could make an outgoing call, but still not receiving incoming calls

Not sure where to start?   I've initiated a service ticket this afternoon.

Thanks in advance  Screenshot 2022-10-24 145152.jpg

Thank you @RossN we opened a ticket, and still going thru the process.

Cell reception was still flakey when manually switching to 3G.

We have since, reset the network settings and things are working at the moment.

Fingers crossed.
