Hello...........i recounted my points twice , total is 15  so i can claim a full month free , you say i'm having 14 so how to contact admin

Login to your account and refresh your browser for current update.

You can contact a CS_Agent by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot on the bottom of the page or private message them on envelope icon above to look into the points received.

One other possibility is that your “Points Total” in the My Rewards website hasn’t been updated even though the “Points Activity” listing HAS been updated. For example, you might see a points entry for October 26th when it’s only October 25th.

 

In that case, you will need to wait 24 hours (or less) and the “Points Total” should be updated to reflect the number of points listed under “Points Activity”.

If you believe there’s a point discrepancy in your account, you will need to contact the CSA’s using one of two methods:

 

Either through the SIMon chatbot (Preferred method):

Click “Chat with SIMon” > Type “Submit Ticket” > Click “Contact Us” > Click “Other” > Then click on the link “Click here to submit a ticket”

 

Or via Private Message:

With this method, you will need to check your private message inbox (i.e., see the envelope icon at the upper right corner of the Community website).
