US Roaming talk text data bundle, 0 days left: I have added on the same bundle 3x, but it is still not displaying on my account. Please advise.

thanks softech for checking in; it is finally working today; after about 6 weeks of not being able to use either phone calls or maps.  I think I will switch carriers when I return to Canada.  Thanks anyways, Jean

@jeanjjk   usually for US roaming, after it expires, you need to wait 24 hours to rebuy the exact same one

 

I suggest you open ticket with PM support and explain the situation, they can help to rebuy it properly and refund the extra you loaded

 

To open ticket with PM Support

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
