I dropped my Alcatel phone, seems to be working but screen won't light up. any suggestions. L.

I highly doubt dropped damage would be covered by any warranty. Nor satisfaction guarantee. Take it to one of those fixit shops and see how much it might cost. It might be more than simply getting another phone. Those are not expensive phones.

@LATM did you get the phone from PM CPO site? if so, when did you bought it? Within a year?
