I ported out of public mobile las month but today my credit card got charged for the monthly service fee that I am not using. I am not able to access my account as I ported out. Please reverse the credit card charges.

If you have, or no family member with permission to use your card has, business here, then I would just do a chargeback. If you are not now with Koodo or Telus then even more so.
It's a somewhat rare occurence but it certainly should never happen.
