I missed my payment and so my account got suspended, i couldn’t find where to make a payment online or on the app and i didn’t know my phone pin was a thing so i obviously don’t know what it is. I changed my plan as a solution and got charged for the new plan, I then got charged for the old plan that i missed the payment on..???

Yes, most of the time, CSA will be reasonable to either refund or credit your account the double charge.  Refunds can take several weeks to go back to your credit card.

But due to my situation do you think theyd be reasonable enough to refund one of the two charges? I'm not even sure if i now have two subscriptions under the one number, how this can even be done amazes me

You're probably right thanks for that.. I guess I'll now wait 1-2 hours.. or days. Thanks again for the help.

Unfortunately, since PM is prepaid, there is generally no refunds.  You could ask customer service agent to see if they will accomodate your request.  

The problem with PM customer service is that it is not live and immediate responses.  I

Sadly @danjoyce because it's prepaid service, I'd suggest waiting till the last few days to port out. Public Mobile may not refund you for the 30 days you just paid for.

It usually will take 1-2 hours for response from customer service agent.  Check your private message inbox for response.  During busy times, it may even take 1-2 days for response.
