Hi I tried porting a number from Koodo but I can’t transfer my number over. I get an error saying invalid number. I currently have a temporary number.

hi @Havva are you porting from a Koodo Prepaid account?
but since you have a temporary number, you can submit a ticket and ask PM agent to bring the number in manually
