Hi I just switched to Public and am having trouble logging into my account. Everything ported over correctly but I just can’t log in on the app or through web browser. I’ve reinstalled the app, restarted my browser and computer. On the app, I am stuck in the Eversafe loop login. I enter the verification code, the loading dots appear, and then it jumps back to the main login page. How do I fix this? Thank you

I finally heard back from customer support and they fixed it for me. If you haven't already resolved it, I recommend messaging them.

The servers seem to be loading up later in the day as many of us were queued up in a virtual waiting room when trying to access the self serve account. If everything is working, maybe avoid trying for the next couple of day until the Black Friday rush is over.

Thanks for your suggestion., I will wait and try again tomorrow. I have been trying since I signed up 4 hours ago. Initially I was able to log in when initially signing up for a plan but after I ported my number and switched over that’s when I couldn’t log in anymore.

PM seems to be getting jammed up right now...can you hold off and try in an hour ?

I'm having the same issue. Looks like PM is having some issues as there's a few other messages here with the same issue.
