Hi,
I recently subscribed to a plan, but when I tried to activate my SIM, I received an error message stating:
“Invalid Phone Number. Please enter a valid Canadian phone number. If you are transferring your Koodo Prepaid number, please contact a customer support agent by clicking ‘Need help’ at the top of the screen.
”My number is not a Koodo number; it’s a SaskTel number (639-xxxxI also tried using the app support, but it’s not working, and I am unable to log in

not all SaskTel number can be ported into Telus. What is the area code and the next 3 digits? Can try to lookup

In my case they are saying it is not possible. Try to create a ticket and explain the situation

I'm going through the same problem, and after entering my number into the webpage you gave, it turns out:"this number isn't eligible to move to Koodo Mobile." Do you know what can i do next? thanks!
