I'm paying $39 for 20gigs and the price just went down to $34...but only for new activations. Is there a way for existing, loyal customers to lower their bill as well? Seems unfair to punish us!

Can’t call the US

Why can’t I call US numbers from my phone? It says I’m out of minutes. I don’t want to pay for a regular add on. I rarely call the US, but I need to be able to do it on those occasions.
