Hi,

I set up preauthorized payments on my account.

On my public mobile account it says that it went through but it is not showing up on my credit card and it has been a few days already.

My public mobile seems to be working fine still.

Even pending or unauthorized charges (those which have not yet 'settled' to actual charges) can take up to a week to display on one's payment card.

 

I, myself, have one from 6 days ago that hasn't yet shown for another service - however I know it's been provided.

 

Expect to see it displaying by end of day tomorrow.

@jls1214   Login to My Account Using Incognito mode, check 2 things

 

1. Account status is Active and the cycle is showing now till next month?

2. Go to Payment page , does it show clearly PM took the money couple days ago?

 

If both are good, then no worry.  You are all good.   If you want to be safe, take screenshot and keep it just in case

@jls1214  With Monday being a holiday it may be late showing up on ur credit card , otherwise everything is working calls /texts ? … I’m sure pm will get there money .. and or maybe you had enough rewards that covered your bill this cycle 

just read your post again and assuming you have been with public mobile for sometime and just today set up pre pay , but already had sufficient funds it wouldn’t start till next renewal date anyways
