To be certain, @Tobypower, you're using a NEW sim card from a reputable provider?
Presume you've lost ability to use your prior SIM card?

@Tobypower , please access the self serve account using incognito mode on the browser. You are likely experiencing problems due to data cache.

@Tobypower Please use a deskstop or laptop computer to request the change sim card
it is a known bug that it does not work on Mobile phone
