I didn't get the 2GB free data.

I received the text message and replied "yes2".  However I still didn't get the 2GB free data.  Anyone had the same issue?  How did you resolve it?

Thank you. Clicking on the update icon solved my issue as well. (I though my change in plan had not updated). I appreciate your help, and this page. 

@dust2dust @Good point , your correct just wanted to help with the visual to help make it easier to spot 

@Handy1- There's also one of those under Shop Add-ons which might be more useful for this question.

try refreshing the page on the yellow circle while signed in to public mobile

Did you get a text reply back saying it's done or something?

Do you see the 500 minutes in your account?

Did you click the little spinner refresh icons lower down under Shop Add-ons to see if they show up?

@chingching @You can try texting YES2 4911 , but that dose t seem to be working for folks unless they actually received the text . Also you want to act quickly as the offer ends dec 31/2022
