Hello I never got my Holiday reward and can't seem to submit a ticket through SIMon. How do I get my rewards? (Bonus points if it doesn't include a phone call) Thanks!

Hey! So I have seen that you can earn reward money from the community tab, but I am curious how this works. ie: ___ many comments/ posts/ minutes online gets you ___ dollars/cents

Does anyone know when the holiday text message offering the free data and intl minutes will be sent out? I've seen other people posting about it and saw the ad, but I have not received my text yet Thanks

Hi, I was wanting to change my current plan to one with more data, but I am concerned that if I change my plan I'll be changed from the old rewards program to the new one. Does anyone know if I can change my plan and stay in the old rewards program? ...
