Hello I never got my Holiday reward and can't seem to submit a ticket through SIMon. How do I get my rewards? (Bonus points if it doesn't include a phone call)

Osvaldo, you should communicate with customer over personal mail not through public forum. Not all customers understand this is a PUBLIC forum and not dedicated PM support provided by PM staff.

or you can open ticket with CS agent here
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

Contact agent to add bonuses manually.

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
