Referral reward

I was referred by someone. I joined by that link. I was suppose to receive  10 dollar reward. The reward is not reflecting on my account. How can i redeem my reward?

Adding to all responses. The person that gave you the referral code will receive the 1 point/month on their next renewal date.

the $10 is a credit on your account and no need redeem.  But just that you have to wait until you see it on your Account , it will be shown as Available funds.  When the $10 is there, it will be used towards next renewal (unless you use it to buy add-on before renewal time)

the credit is not instant.  It takes around 72 hours to post to your account as a credit.  Please wait 3 days and check agian

if still not see the credit after 3 days, ask support to confirm

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

@lokesh95bansal  It should appear in your account available funds with in 72 hours after activation . If it’s been more then 3 days and you don’t see it ask support to apply the code for you 

submit ticket with support using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .
