Hello, i cannot access my account due to the 2 step verification code going to the wrong phone number. How do i fix this?

try to get the code via email. Click Didn't receive code and then Send email. If you can login that way, go to Profile, Manage Eversafe ID and you can update the phone number there.
if you cannot login still, then ask support agent to help to update the phone number
