Bought my elderly brother an iPhone and hooked him up with a PM number but I do not remember if I got him an accn’t on his mail. I owe money on his plan and am unable to access his accn’t to put on auto pay. This is incredibly frustrating. Need to talk to a rep

How long ago this you sign him up? Since some time in July, all new activations were self activations and a Self Serve account would have been automatically set up. Look through any e-mail addresses that might have possibly been used by him for a welcome e-mail message from Public Mobile. The only time a new Self Serve account would have to be created seperately would be if the activation was done at a store.

@Maverick4 first try signing back in incognito also you can also try *611 but you may need a voucher if service is suspended to get funds topped up and account active again and if you end up needing to change your email you will need the help of agent
